1. Introduction

Welcome to Anikson Hiring Rewards ("Platform"), owned and operated by Anikson Solutions ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us"). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. Definitions
  • Freelance Recruiter (FR): Registered individual submitting candidates.
  • Requirement: Published job opening.
  • Submission: Candidate profile shared via platform.
  • Reward: Incentive paid upon successful placement.
  • Successful Placement: Candidate joins and completes minimum guarantee period.
4. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration details
  • Submit genuine candidate profiles
  • Not be blacklisted by the Company
5. Platform Usage Rules
  • Obtain candidate consent before submission
  • Avoid duplicate submissions
  • Maintain confidentiality of requirements
  • Not misuse candidate or client data

Violation may result in suspension, termination, or withholding of pending rewards.

6. Submission Policy

Candidate ownership is determined by first valid timestamp submission. Duplicate or existing database profiles are not eligible for rewards. Company decision on disputes is final.

7. Reward Policy

Rewards are fixed or percentage-based per requirement and payable only after:

  • Candidate joins successfully
  • Minimum retention period is completed
  • Client payment is received (if applicable)

Payment will be processed within 15–30 business days after eligibility confirmation.

8. Disqualification Conditions
  • Candidate backs out before joining
  • Candidate exits before guarantee period
  • Fraudulent or manipulated information
  • Direct client approach bypassing Company
9. Confidentiality

All requirement details, client information, and communications are confidential. Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.

10. Non-Circumvention

Freelance Recruiters shall not approach clients directly or attempt revenue diversion. Any violation may lead to legal proceedings.

11. Data Protection

The Platform collects recruiter and candidate data necessary for hiring operations. Detailed practices are governed under our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for hiring delays, requirement changes, client decisions, or business losses incurred by users. Platform access is provided on an "as-is" basis.

13. Intellectual Property

All branding, platform content, system logic, and documentation are property of Anikson Solutions and may not be copied or reused.

14. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and cancel pending rewards in case of policy violations.

15. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie in Hyderabad, Telangana.
